Prior to an offer being accepted we guarantee to:
 
  Contact you a minimum of 3 times per week either by phone or in person.
You only pay a commission if I secure an offer that is acceptable to you as stated in the listing agreement. NO SALE, NO FEE.
I will never allow you to be pressured by the buyers agent. All offers and communication will go through me and my office. I can drop off, fax or email the offers to you, so you can make your decision privately.
Contact you within the hour (or as agreed) after every inspection.
Provide you with a weekly marketing and number of advertisements placed
 
 
A list of the media and number of advertisements placed
Number of phone enquiries.
Number of website visit/hits
Number of inspections
Summary of the feedback from potential buyers.

Cancel the listing at any time
Either you or I can cancel the listing by calling and saying “I want to cancel the listing”. It’s that simple. The cancellation becomes effective within 24 hours.
Please allow 2 business days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the internet.
